She holds both Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) and Gold Standard Instructor (GSI) certifications, reflecting her commitment to high standards in instruction and education. As an active Georgia real estate broker, she stays current with industry trends and delivers relevant insights into the real estate landscape. Throughout her career, Amy has developed a passion for helping aspiring real estate professionals achieve their goals.

Marsha DeQuiros is a dual-licensed REALTOR® and real estate investor with La Rosa Realty, serving clients in Georgia and Florida through independently owned franchises.
